I wanted to start this group because as a Christian, a mother, a wife, and a practitioner I found there is a severe lack in how much we as Christians know on ways to better our health. Living for Christ and living a healthy lifestyle together make so much sense. As we are in better shape with our bodies so can the bodies of Christ be more equiped to handle attacks.
